KSATs
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Tasks: The definition of what good looks like
KSATs when associated with specific work roles are very beneficial in providing standardised position descriptions.
Roles and definitions around cyber roles have grown organically due to a largely unregulated landscape, resulting in a lack of standardisation which is confusing for both buyers and sellers when procuring Red Team projects.
We believe that having standard position descriptions will be beneficial in contracts, within project frameworks and also in hiring and in transitioning the right people for the right job.
