Please fill in all fields and choose your exam and date using the calendar. Once a booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation and joining instructions.
An invoice will be emailed approx. 30 days prior to your exam date. All exams and training courses need to be paid in full prior to attending. Please view our booking terms and cancellation policy here.
Please do not book speculative exams and contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking to allow us to offer it to someone else.
If the dates shown on the calendar are not suitable for you, please get in touch – we can offer a degree of flexibility subject to assessor availability and would be happy to discuss alternative dates to suit you.
For CHECK exams: Please ensure a minimum of 8 weeks is allowed between a failed exam and a re-sit as per NCSC guidelines.
If this is a personal booking, it will not be confirmed until payment has been made. Please pay by BACS or by Stripe using the information on your invoice, within 72 hours of receipt. If you wish to split your payment to spread the cost, please reply to your confirmation email to discuss.
Non-payment of personal (non-corporate) bookings within 72 hours will result in the booking becoming void.
If a booking is made within 21 days of the assessment or training course start date, it must be paid in full before the booking can be confirmed.

All our exams currently take place at Eagle Tower, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham GL51 1TA.
All day parking is available at nearby Bath Terrace car park GL50 2BA.
Our exam rooms are accessible via lift. Please let us know if you have any accessibility issues.
Water, tea and coffee are available and there is an on-site cafe.
The exams begin at 9.00am, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time and register at reception. Our invigilator will accompany you to the exam room.
The exam duration is approx 6 hours with breaks set by the assessors. We have an on-site cafe; tea and coffee will be provided.
