Supporting business, building resilience
Tailored support to help grow and train teams in technical cyber security
A good cyber posture is much more than the capability of an individual. Supporting organisations in building a skilled workforce to combat cyber breaches is essential in today’s growing threat landscape. Employees across multiple departments need training to recognise and address technical risks, and enforce basic network security practices.
By creating a technically competent workforce, CISOs and IT managers can be confident of an in-house capability to monitor system vulnerabilities, identify suspicious activity, and follow incident response protocols.
The Cyber Scheme can work with businesses both within the UK and overseas, to ensure they are able to mitigate cyber risks and strengthen their overall defence posture. Existing capability, detailed skills gap analysis and proactive reporting as well as the provision of specific experts in the field can all be built into a tailored plan.
