Candidates wishing to join us for CSTM Practitioner training have the option to learn either remotely, or by attending our assessment centre in Cheltenham.
We run face-to-face sessions for those who prefer it (and we do believe this is the best way to learn such complex topics), but we have listened to our community and are offering a remote learning option because:
- It allows those who live a long way from Cheltenham to learn at home and remove the travel and accommodation costs
- It provides an alternative to those who prefer to learn by themselves rather than in a face-to-face group.
All training is live and instructor-led, with plenty of opportunity to engage and shape the sessions to suit you.
We alternate face-to-face and remote courses; there will never be a long wait until the version you prefer becomes available. As always contact us with any questions; we’re here to help.
We can accept split payment instalments and deferred payments through Klarna, and payment with a credit card or Apple Pay. Your invoice can be paid in this way via Stripe, or by bank transfer. If you want to pay before your invoice is issued (usually a few weeks before your training/exam start date) please get in touch.

Once a booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation and joining instructions. An invoice will be emailed approx. 30 days prior to your exam date (or you can choose to pay instantly – see above). All exams and training courses need to be paid in full prior to attending.

All our face-to-face courses for CSTM Practitioner currently take place at Eagle Tower, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham GL50 1TA.
All day parking is available at nearby Bath Terrace car park GL50 2BA.
Our exam rooms are accessible via lift. Please let us know if you have any accessibility issues.
Water is available and there is an on-site cafe.
Please note; from February 2025 our CSTM training course will also be available as a remote option. If you choose this option you will be sent detailed joining instructions including details of necessary equipment and set-up.
Training days begin at 9.00am and are expected to last a full working day. There will also be homework set for the evenings. Please be ready at least 15 minutes before your start time.
