Please fill in all fields and choose your exam/training course and date using the calendar. Once a booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation and joining instructions.
An invoice will be emailed approx. 30 days prior to your start date. Payment can be through bank transfer, or, if preferred, you will be able to pay by credit card or Apple Pay when your booking is confirmed, or upon receipt of invoice. All bookings need to be paid in full prior to attending an exam.
Our cancellation/postponement policy is as follows:
Cancellations must be made in writing/by email to The Cyber Scheme 21 working days before the date of the assessment to obtain a full refund. A different candidate may be substituted at no extra cost. Details of the new candidate must be emailed here.
Bookings made within 21 working days of an assessment cannot be refunded, but again a different candidate may be substituted at no extra cost.
Exams or courses postponed by a candidate for any reason within 21 working days of the start date will be charged at 50% of the total exam cost.
Please view our full booking terms, cancellation policy and non-disclosure agreement here. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend your booking to allow us to offer it to someone else.
If a candidate fails an exam and wishes to retake, the whole exam will need to be taken again. No results will be carried over and the new exam will need to be paid in full before the candidate can sit for the retake.
We can accept split payment instalments and deferred payments through Klarna, and payment with a credit card or Apple Pay. Your invoice can be paid in this way via Stripe, or by bank transfer. If you want to pay before your invoice is issued (usually a few weeks before your training/exam start date) please get in touch.

Inclusion and Accessibility
The Cyber Scheme believe everyone should have access to a career in cyber security. We are available to discuss any concerns you have and are more than happy to make reasonable adjustments for any candidate who requires them during training and examinations.
These reasonable adjustments are to ensure you are given an equal opportunity to demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours required. We recognise that not all disabilities are visible.
We have a range of reasonable adjustments we can offer depending on what difficulty you might face. If you request an adjustment which we are unable to offer, we will give you a reason why we cannot offer it. This might be because it maps to a key Knowledge, Skill or Behaviour that we have to assess against within the certification. If that is the case, we will tell you which aspect we think would not be properly assessed.
There may be background noise during an assessment. Please bring (or ask for) ear plugs / ear defenders or listen to music if background noise is likely to affect your concentration (please note this doesn’t apply to our training courses).
Mobility
Access to all of our facilities is suitable for people with mobility issues. Should any other special facilities be required please get in touch at time of booking. For some reasonable adjustments, such as access to a disabled parking space, we will need to see supporting documentation around the condition to allow us to apply for this access for you. No information will be retained or stored once the request is validated.
If you are interacting with The Cyber Scheme for the first time and you require us to provide details for new supplier on-boarding within your business (process documentation etc) please contact us here.
