Access to rooms:  

Enter reception on the ground floor of the XYZ building and ask to be let up to the fourth floor and NCC reception. 

Take the lift to the fourth floor and you’ll see reception in front of you where someone will meet you to take you to the assessment rooms. There are toilets to the left. 

Refreshment options: 

There is a café on the ground floor and lots of other places in the immediate vicinity for breakfast and/or lunch.
