The Cyber Scheme Ltd is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking, servitude, and exploitation in any form.
Although The Cyber Scheme is not subject to the reporting requirements of Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we recognise our responsibility to promote ethical working practices throughout our organisation and supply chain. 

Our Commitment
The Cyber Scheme will:

• Comply with all applicable laws relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.
• Treat all employees, contractors, associates, and suppliers fairly and with respect.
• Seek to work with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical business practices.
• Take appropriate action where concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical labour practices are identified.
• Encourage the reporting of concerns without fear of retaliation or adverse treatment.

Responsibilities

The Directors of The Cyber Scheme are responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented and reviewed periodically.
All employees, contractors, assessors, and associates are expected to:

• Remain alert to indicators of modern slavery or labour exploitation.
  Report any concerns promptly to management.
• Support ethical and responsible procurement practices.

Supply Chain
As a professional cyber security assessment and certification organisation, The Cyber Scheme’s supply chain primarily consists of professional services, technology providers, training partners, and business support services. We seek to engage reputable suppliers and, where appropriate, consider ethical business practices as part of supplier due diligence.

Reporting Concerns
Anyone who becomes aware of, or suspects, modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chain should report their concerns to a Director of The Cyber Scheme as soon as possible. Reports will be treated seriously and investigated appropriately.

Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or sooner if required by changes in legislation or organisational activities.
