From February 2025, candidates wishing to join us for Advanced Mentoring will have the option to learn either remotely, or by attending our assessment centre in Cheltenham.
We will continue to run face-to-face sessions for those who prefer it (and we do believe this is the best way to learn such complex topics), but we have listened to our community and will be offering this option because:
- It allows those who live a long way from Cheltenham to learn at home and remove the travel and accommodation costs
- It provides an alternative to those who prefer to learn by themselves rather than in a face-to-face group – we have listened especially to our neurodiverse cohorts who value this option.
All training will still be live and instructor-led, with plenty of opportunity to engage and shape the sessions to suit you.
We will alternate face-to-face and remote courses; there will never be a long wait until the version you prefer becomes available. As always contact us with any questions; we’re here to help.
We now accept split payment instalments and deferred payments through Klarna, and instant payment with a credit card or Apple Pay. You will receive a payment link by email once your booking has been made. If you prefer to pay via invoice please just ignore the link.

Once a booking is made you will receive a booking confirmation and joining instructions. An invoice will be emailed approx. 30 days prior to your exam date (or you can choose to pay instantly – see above). All exams and training courses need to be paid in full prior to attending.

All our Advanced Mentoring sessions currently take place at Eagle Tower, Montpellier Drive, Cheltenham GL50 1TA.
All day parking is available at nearby Bath Terrace car park GL50 2BA.
Our exam rooms are accessible via lift. Please let us know if you have any accessibility issues.
Water is available and there is an on-site cafe.
Training days begin at 9.00am and are expected to last a full working day, except for the final day which will finish around lunchtime. There will also be homework set for the evenings. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time and register at reception.
